Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Exchanges are allowed for size or color only, subject to availability.
No exchange on leashes & harnesses, food, treats, hygiene products, or sale items.
Customers cover exchange shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
